No showering , swimming, going to the gym, washing hair, getting a manicure or pedicure, etc.After you showering apply moisturizer to help your tan last longer & replenish your skin. The more you keep moisturized, the longer the tan will last. How Long Will My Tan Last ?Generally one spray will last about 5-7 days. Depending on skin type! A very fair person will last 3-5 days for one spray. Multiple sessions will extend it longer.
